The Bernstein Law Group recently held a workshop for Massachusetts attorneys, accountants, financial advisors and life insurance professionals. This presentation, titled THE MASSACHUSETTS UNIFORM TRUST CODE IS NOW LAW – HOW WILL IT AFFECT YOUR CLIENTS’ ESTATE PLANS?, was held on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the SpringHill Suites Marriott in Peabody, MA. At the workshop, Attorney Paul Bernstein provided information on the new Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code that was signed into law last month. This law is a comprehensive change to the law regarding trusts in Massachusetts. At this workshop, Attorney Bernstein covered the highlights of this new law and how it may impact clients’ estate plans.
