The Bernstein Law Group held a Successor Trustee Workshop on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at the SpringHill Suites Marriott in Peabody, MA. At the workshop, Attorney Paul Bernstein provided attendees with an understanding of the basics of estate planning. In addition, Attorney Bernstein spent time teaching successor trustees about trusts and trust administration, preparing them to assume the role of Trustee when the time comes.
