The Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (MassNAELA) has announced that Marblehead attorney Paul Bernstein, founder of the Bernstein Law Group, P.C., has been elected as a Director of the organization for 2012. Attorney Bernstein has been a member of MassNAELA for over eight years. Members are attorneys who are experienced and trained in working with the legal problems of aging Americans and individuals of all ages with disabilities.
