Attorney Paul Bernstein was a keynote presenter at the Business Planning Boot Camp, a continuing education opportunity organized by Wealth Counsel, a national professional practice development company. The event, held at the Renaissance Las Vegas on March 07-08, 2013, was designed to educate attorneys on how to grow their business and develop a system of lifetime care for their clients. Legal issues, practice building strategies, and document drafting were topics covered that provided fundamental education to practitioners new to business planning as well as advanced strategies for experienced planners.
Attorney Bernstein’s presentations included: Breaking Up Is Not So Hard to Do: Breathing Life into a Business by Dividing It, Marketing Your Business Planning Practice, and An Overview of Exit and Succession Planning.
Attorney Bernstein’s expertise was also called upon when Wealth Counsel expanded into the business planning arena. Bernstein was instrumental in the development of legal documentation and education for the organization.
