Demystifying Trusts for Non-Lawyers – Part One
Beverly, MA
Learn how to review a client’s trust to increase your profits.
“See why your colleagues gave this presentation a 9.5 rating on a scale of 1 – 10!”
These days, many people have a trust as part of their estate plan. However, there are a wide variety of trusts designed to solve a myriad of different issues. To make matters even more confusing, two of the same “type” of trusts written by different attorneys can look vastly different.
Join us on April 26th at 3pm in Beverly, MA for the 1st of a 2-part presentation on how to review, understand and identify the important components of a trust. The course is not designed to have you become lawyers, but to give you the information to help increase your position as a trusted advisor to your clients and prospects. Having a working knowledge of a trust will help you triage possible issues that your clients may need to address. It will also offer you the opportunity to increase asset under management, future tax planning fees, help keep your clients’ “sticky” and engage the next generation as clients.
