The Bernstein Law Group recently held a workshop exclusively for its clients and guests. The SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE WORKSHOP was held on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at the SpringHill Suites Marriott in Peabody, MA. This was an evening for the firm’s clients and for those who will carry out the responsibility of Trustee for a living trust. At the workshop, Attorney Paul Bernstein not only provided attendees with an understanding of the basics of estate planning, but also taught successor trustees about trusts and trust administration, preparing them to assume the role of Trustee when the time comes.
